INDIVIDUAL RATE
General Rate
$1095 per attendee (before February 22, 2008)
$1295 per attendee (after February 22, 2008)

GROUP RATE
PLEASE NOTE: Team Discount is available for TWO or more attendees from the same company registering at the same time. All team member names must be submitted when registering at the team discount rate. Refunds or credits will not be given for attendees requesting the team discount after they are already registered.

$1170 per attendee (after February 22, 2008)

SUBSTITUTION/CANCELLATION POLICY
Substitutions are accepted at any time. To obtain a refund of your registration fee (minus a $150 processing fee), you must notify Packaging Strategies by emailing meetings@packstrat.com and receive a confirmation of that email before 4 pm EST, February 22, 2008. No refunds will be granted after that deadline.
