Applications Lab sessions
The Applications Lab sessions provide an interactive venue to further demonstrate an ingredient’s functionality or its application in a finished product. There is no additional charge to attend the Lab sessions, however they are limited to 40 attendees per session, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please limit your registration for the Application Lab sessions to 3 on Monday, 3 on Tuesday and 3 on Wednesday morning.
